I was born and raised in China. I worked for 5 years at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an Associate Professor, teaching and doing research. I came to the US in 1998 for education and to pursue my dream of exploring the world. I worked for 16 years in the networking industry. In 2001, I relocated from Michigan to California and joined SJCAC. As I was serving the church in many different roles as a volunteer, I wanted to equip myself with biblical training when I started serving as a Bible Teacher. I offered my life to the Lord at my graduation ceremony. Eighteen months later, I answered the calling to full-time ministry. I married my wife Binxi in 1989 and we have a daughter Cathy who is married. I like walking every day and traveling over the world

I received a B.S. and M.A. in Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China), a Ph,D, in Engineering from University of Science and Technology, Beijing. I earned a M.A. in Bible Study from Overseas Theological Seminary.
